Jeff (President/Owner)

Jeff Longspaugh

“We work smarter, we work harder and we have a little fun, too!”

Jeff’s family operated a construction company growing up. He started in manual labor work and was around the building business throughout his childhood. He drove backhoes and bulldozers during his elementary school years.

After high school and while in college, Jeff framed houses and began to learn the plumbing trade. Not only is Jeff a master plumber with knowledge in all areas of plumbing; he also knows how the building should be built properly.

Outside of ClearWater Plumbers, Jeff enjoys floating down a river in a canoe, fishing, riding bikes, gardening and of course, spending time with his wife and three daughters.

Victor (Service Manager)

Victor Alcaraz

“I believe excellent service is a duty, not a choice.”
Vic began plumbing with ClearWater Plumbers in 2008, and since then he has worked his way up to service manager. Vic is dedicated to helping the technicians be on time, prepared and knowledgeable about the needs of our customers. Mostly he understands the value of the service is why we have a high volume of return customers. Vic enjoys attending his son’s little league baseball games, watching 49’er Football, Texas Rangers Baseball along with camping and fishing with his family.

Brian (State Licensed Plumber)

Brian Craig Kohutek

Brian began his career with ClearWater Plumbers in 2010 bringing with him a variety of experience, including at the time(7) years in new residential construction with (3) years in service plumbing. Brian enjoys woodworking, reef keeping, camping, hiking and spending time at the coast with his wife and daughter.

Jeremy (State License Plumber)

Jeremy Gardner

Jeremy joined the ClearWater team in 2013 with over (14) years of service plumbing experience. Jeremy prides himself on providing the best solution for our customer’s issues. He enjoys vacationing in the mountains, fishing, hunting and activities with his family.

Corey (State Licensed Plumber)

Corey Walker

Corey joined our crew in 2013 with (17) years of plumbing experience. Corey has a genuine smile and good nature about all he does. Corey enjoys his family’s horses, fishing, anything outdoors with his family.

Paul (State Licensed Plumber)

Paul Collins

“Make every day Great!”
Paul brings (23) years of experience to our staff. He started in new construction plumbing in 1992 and found his niche in service plumbing (4) years into his career. In his free time Paul enjoys family time, helping with Special Olympics, 4 wheeling at the farm, and long motorcycle rides.

Bill (State Licensed Plumber)

Bill Pearce:

Bill brings (20) years of experience in all areas of plumbing. Bill worked with a mechanical company, in new construction educating his self in all areas of service plumbing. In Bill’s free time, he enjoys long range shooting, knife making/collecting and farming.

Shane (State Licensed Plumber)

Shane Dowdy

Shane has over (20) years of experience as an industrial, large commercial process piping plumber. Shane’s experience in plumbing covers all areas of the trade. He enjoys the mountains as well as the beach. His hobbies include automobile restoration.

Bill (Technician)

Bill Creamer

Bill has over (6) years of experience in the plumbing industry. He continues to learn the trade and assist in all areas of plumbing. Bill loves anything baseball. He enjoys coaching little league baseball, teaching pitching skills and spending time with his (5) grandsons.

Zach (Technician)

Zach Barnes

Zach has been in the construction and plumbing industry for many years. He bring a great attitude and work ethic to the ClearWater crew. Zach enjoys riding four wheelers, working on vehicles and being outside on the weekends.

Anthony (Technician)

Anthony has been in the plumbing trade since 2007. Anthony has a go–getter attitude…no job is too big or small. He has a passion for fishing and loves his job!!!

Amy (Owner/Office Staff)

Amy Longspaugh

Amy married Jeff (11) years ago and joined the plumbing industry. She helped Jeff start and build ClearWater Plumbers. She is mommy to the “3Bels”: Izabel, Anabel, and Maribel. She enjoys working in the office and building long–term relationships with our customers. She loves traveling to new cities; big or small, and vacationing in the mountains. Her hobbies include volunteering at the girls’ school, biking, running and baking. Amy’s prides herself on sending out the best company Christmas card every year.

Monica (Office/HR staff)

Monica Leffler

Monica has over (16) years of office experience. As a longtime friend Monica joined the ClearWater crew in 2010 and has helped in various roles. Monica enjoys spending time & swimming with her three girls and husband and being active in her community and church.

Rebecca (Office/CSR)

Rebecca Frantzen

“Be somebody who makes everybody feel like somebody”
Rebecca joined ClearWater Plumbers with (12) years of customer service experience. Rebecca processes the plumbers’ paperwork and audits their jobs. In Rebecca’s free time she enjoys scrapbooking, family days at the lake, Zumba and watching her kids play sports.

Allison (Office/CSR)

Rebecca Frantzen

Allison joins our crew several years of experience in customer service. She is often the first voice a customer hears making the connection between customer and technician a smooth transition. She enjoys swimming, hiking and going to the beach and lake with her family.
